Lord Zarquon phoned me a few days ago to tell me about his bass guitar strings. He seems to be completely obsessed with bass guitars at the moment! I told him about the latest song that I have written which is about Graham Moore's tax return. He suggested that perhaps I should ask Phil Swann to help me with this one but no this will be one for Lord Zarquon! I am hopeful that when Graham has finalised his tax return he will complete the artwork for the next Legendary Ten Seconds' album. Which would then require another tax return.
Graham's Tax Return
First verse
Graham's completing his tax return
Dreaming of the money he could earn
Tax returns are extremely boring
With the thought of it he can't stop yawning
Chorus
Tax return, tax return
Graham's completing his tax return
Second verse
Graham's not completed his tax return
When will he ever learn
To get it finished straight away
Rather than leave it for another day
Chorus
Tax return, tax return
Graham's not completing his tax return
Tax return, tax return
Graham's not completing his tax return
Middle bit
Graham's got the tax return blues
This next line will rhyme with bad news
Tax return blues, such bad news
Last verse
Tax returns are a fuss and bother
He'd rather paint another album cover
Then some money he would earn
Which would then require another tax return!
